Well, while idea is very cool, i have troubles with this engine. If i run exe from binaries, the game is not responding, and i have "Respond / Do not respond" window. And if i want compile sources i have this error: "Error 1 The command "F:\XNA Projects\League\/AbilityCompiler/bin/Debug/AbilityCompiler.exe" exited with code 9009. League" - maybe you can help me?

Hi there,
AbilityCompiler is a program run on pre-build which compiles all of the .lea files into an external library. Code 9009 means (I think) that it's unable to find the executable to run.

To fix it, remove this command from the League project's pre-build. If you plan to be making your own abilities, you could run the executable yourself.

Thanks for your interest in League. I think I'll go finish up Alpha 1.

As for why the binaries don't work, are you sure you've got all of the prerequisites installed? I'm pretty sure it won't just work with the XNA 1.1 redist package, you'll need VS C# Express Edition, the service pack for VSCSEE and XNA Game Studio.

Alex, thak you for answers. So, i have installed VCS + SP1 and XNA GSE. But it don't work. I've converted solution to XNA 2.0, but result not change. And if i remove pre-/post- build events, my VS is still give me this error. Sorry for my English. And thank you for the engine. Sadly, that i can't run it.

Oh! Please sorry me, a am asshole :) Now it's run, but Abilities.dll is needed, i take it from binaries. So now i have troubels with SpriteFont, but i think, i can resolve it myself. Thank you for project again, it is cool :)

Ah, yes. I resolve trouble with bin version. Th solution was: Create new small.spritefont and compile it. The trouble was in character region's. I've added it, and it now work fine.

I'm glad to hear that :) In a week or so you'll be just familiar with Pre-Alpha and you'll have to figure out Alpha all over again.

I promise, it's a lot nicer than the version you have. Infinitely prettier.
