Technical Make-up
A Target is defined by three details: TargetType, Team and Classification. TargetType is an enum defining what physical game object may be targeted - suitable options are None, Point, Unit. If the TargetType is Unit, it also requires a Team and Classification. Team dictates to whom the Unit targeted may belong (Player (same as owner of caster), Allies, Friendly (Allies or Player), Enemy, Any). Classification describes properties of the Unit - see that page for details.
